Quality Manager for Information Governance Management Implementation

Our multinational end client in Basel is now looking for an IT Quality Manager to join its IT Quality Management/Validation team.

We can offer you a 5 months contract that can be renewable at the end.

THE ROLE:
*Review processes and deliverables of the application life cycle according compliance with the IGM Manual
*Verifies the existing of all CSV relevant documents for PHQA IM services and takes appropriate mitigation actions
*Review key documents regarding compliance with IGM Manual
*Service Manager
*Improve service delivery process according to the IGM Manual. Set up the process in a way that the documents are created as part of the process.

YOU WILL:
*Propose an IGM implementation plan and align with Audit Readiness initiative
*Execute IGM implementation as part of Audit Readiness initiative
*Support PHQA IM team members
*Optimize training and understanding of IGM manual in PHQA IM.

YOUR PROFILE:
*5+ years of experience in Quality Management
*English speaking, other languages would be a plus
*Experience in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry would be a plus
*Ability to motivate PHQA IM members to follow the IGM Manual
*Team player - energizing the team towards improvements & facilitate conflicting opinions
*Able to work in complex and demanding environment
