IT Provisioning role

IT Provisioning....Dublin....35 hour week....standard 37.5 working hours....educated to degree level preferred

Required to work at our client site in Paris for the IT provisioning role which will include the following:

1. Refresh swap/retrieval
a. End user coordination
b. System deployment, swap, data transfer & retrieval
c. Quarantine of returned systems
d. Preparation for return/hot swap/redeployment/disposal

2. New hire/contractor provisioning
3. Miscellaneous end user IT equipment requests
4. Training room setup
5. Asset requests for replacements
6. Return of equipment
7. Termination - asset collection services
8. Asset management services
9. Performance Measurement & Reporting

Technical and skill requirements:
1. Imaging of Desktops and Laptops
2. Ability to support - Mac OS X, M/S Windows 7 and Linux
3. Good awareness of Linux/Mac OS X
4. M/S office
5. Anti Virus software support and awareness
6. Networking skills and TCP/IP awareness and understanding
7. Resolve assigned Incidents, problems, and service requests
8. Perform timely delivery of service per the processes outlined in the Statement of Work
9. Resolve the problem by using a systematic troubleshooting approach and appropriate technical documentation, diagnostic, and maintenance procedures
