IT Projectlead (HR-Workday) (m/f/d) for Remote

Currently we are looking for one candidate who is able to cover the following position:

Project Description:

The customer plans to extend the scope of their existing and productive Workday platform to also cover time recording and time evaluation. Key scope of this project is to establish additional interfaces / extend existing interfaces to the overall IT landscape, primarily to SAP ERP systems, via middleware.

Your Tasks:

Responsible for the Project together with the Business Project Manager
-

Planning of project phases including IT work packages, coordination of project plan with respective Team Leads and all related parties
-

Cover all usual PM disciplines – management of project schedule, detailed work plan, risks, issues, budget and cost, testing and cutover
-

Contracting of 3rd parties for project collaboration
-

Ensure adherence to the customers IT project methodology incl. Quality Gates, reporting of project status and progress at regular intervals
-

Preparation and moderation of Steering Committee meetings

Your Profile:

-

Project experience as IT project manager
-

Experience with Workday and
-

Experience with HR processes
-

Language skills: good english knowledge, german knowledge is of advantage

Capacity: 50-80%

Location: Remote and sometimes Onsite (to be defined)

Start: As soon as possible

Duration: 8 months
