IT Project Specialist

Our client currently seeks an experienced Project Coordinator to come on board on an initial 7 month contract based in the Melbourne CBD. In this role you will be responsible for controlling project schedules and ensuring that application programs are delivered within specified timeframes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop, manage and analyse complex project schedules to ensure project objectives are continuously monitored and meet agreed time frames
- Finalise all project documentation
- Lead project teams from idea development, to solution definition, through design and build
- Manage core project management functions to ensure high customer satisfaction and business success.

KEY CRITERIA:

- Have a proven track record as a Project Coordinator ideally within the Telco Sector.
- Demonstrated experience in achieving project results, including an established ability to develop and maintain sound working relationships with customers, other key stakeholders and suppliers.
- Project Scheduling experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
