IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Lead Project Portfolio management within IT Investment & Operations area in line with the IT Portfolio Owner
-Structure project portfolio and roadmap and aligns with IT and business leads to ensure project portfolio
-Support business and architecture strategy and objectives
-Provide recommendations to executive level on the prioritisation, sequencing and resourcing of IT projects
-Lead program and project managers with regards to the portfolio management approach
-Manage costs, risks, inter-dependencies and the strategic benefits on the portfolio level.
-Work in partnership cross departments to ensure strong collaboration and alignment

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Solid hands on experience of Project Management Methodologies – Project Controls including Milestones, Risk, Cost, Timeline, Scope, Monitoring and Tracking, Reporting, Stakeholder Management
-Strong capability in building rapport and a cooperative relationship with project stakeholders
-Impeccable verbal and written communication skills including documentation experience in English and German
-Strong capacity to understand business needs/priority and align them with multiple stakeholders on all levels of the organisation as well as the ability to structure content to present on a high level
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office – MS excel, MS Word and especially Power Point
-Banking experience in one or more of the following areas: Experience in Asset Management or Financial Markets, investment management, investment operations
-Experiences with Project Management Tools
