For our client in Zurich, we are looking for an IT Project Officer
Are you solid as a rock when you're supporting multiple project managers?
We're looking for someone like that who can support the following activities:
- financial budgeting process and control
- contract management
- JIRA reporting
- management reporting and meetings
- resource acquisition process
- general administrative and logistic tasks
YOUR TEAM
You'll be working in the central PMO team within Group Technology/Application Delivery, located in Zurich.
YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- 5-8 years experience as a Project Officer
- worked in a bank before
- strong understanding of financial budgeting/reporting/controlling
You are:
- a strong user of the MS Office suite, preferably also JIRA
- FLUENT IN ENGLISH AND GERMAN
- exceptionally well organized and capable to work independently
- used to support complex projects
