IT Project Officer

For our banking client in Zürich we are curretnly lookinf for a IT Project Officers:

START: ASAP
DURATION: 9 months
LOCATION: Zürich

The project covers 4 streams of work and the PMO will look after all four:

- Group Share Ownership Disputes
- Re-structuring group shares with mixed-use data
- reducing the volume of entitlements to group shares
- identify/manage Application group shares.

Requirement:

- Strong communications and user interaction skills.
- MS Excel skills in order to manipulate data sets, such as lists of users and their resources and permissions.
- The PO will be expected to communicate with many users to explain the project and how it affects them, monitor a shared mailbox, answer queries and/or flag any issues raised by users to the appropriate project team member.
- Able to work independent.
- Knowledge of MS Access, SQL and VBA knowledge is a big plus.
- Security/Identity and Access Management knowledge is a big plus.
- German is a plus.
