* Streamline & introduce new PMM methodology, templates, checklists, reports and changes to governance.
* Responsible for the processes and templates related to Projects and Special Task.
* Custodian of signed off Project & Special Task documents (covering scope, cost or schedule) and signed off Change Requests
* Weekly project reviews and facilitation of IT Project Review Meetings
* Monthly portfolio reporting to IT Leadership Team and CEC
* Tools and automation related to Projects & Special Tasks
* Project office site administration
* Induction of IT project managers
* You must have experience of setting up a PMO
* Excellent understanding of the PMO functions
Qualifications
Prince 2 or PMP / PMBOK
