IT Project Managers- Swedish Speaking

Responsibilities:

- Lead development work for IT in projects or assignments. Manage the project in compliance with current IT strategy, processes, project and decision models.
- Lead investigations within the IT area in pre-studies and projects with the ability to propose alternative solutions.
- Work cross-border when needed
- Responsible for securing quality in the functional requirements for IT.
- Responsible for designing solution proposals in connection with concerned application units, IT Architects and other involved units based on a business perspective.
- Create and follow decided timetable for the activities in the projects. Establish project budgets and follow results, manage change requests, perform risk analysis and other relevant activities.
- Responsible for securing resources for projects/assignments for all phases, incl. tests in consultation with the concerned resource owners.
- Responsible for securing and communicating with release management if needed
- Responsible for producing IT implementation plans
- Responsible for continuosly improving work practices
- Responsible coordinating with other ongoing projects and assignments within the same area and understanding the possibility of synergies or need for co-planning
-Assist in the selection of solutions and suppliers.
- Report status regularly to the main project manager or in decided tools
- Responsible for producing the necessary documentation prior to DP Decisions
- Responsible for starting and stopping projects/assignments in consultation with stakeholders.
- Responsible for the handover of the finished project/assignment to concerned application
