For a four months project at our client - an international bank based in Zurich - we are looking for an
IT PROJECT MANAGER WITH RIM EXPERIENCE (3085)
Client's main electronic archive that is operated by an external service provider is going to be migrated onto a new internal electronic archiving platform. The Records and Information Management (RIM) function is responsible for two project streams around Data Governance and Service Transition.
In this position you act as project manager for these two project streams with the following responsibilities:
- Ensure timeliness and quality of the project results
- Develop RIM-specific artifacts as part of the overall project deliverables, eg procedure documentation
- Leverage RIM expertise to particularize and enforce process controls
- Facilitate policy compliant and legally defensible end-to end process results
To fulfil these tasks you meet the following requirements:
- Project management, coordination of complex IT projects in a highly regulated industry
- Specific experience in migration of electronic archives and regulated data
- Excellent communication skills, ability to build trust-based relationships with senior management and project teams
- Proficient in English
