IT PROJECT MANAGER WITH DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS
On behalf of our client, a leading bank in Zürich, we are looking for an SENIOR IT PROJECT MANAGER WITH DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS EXPERIENCE. For this contract position based in Zurich in Switzerland our client is looking for a German & English speaking candidate who can start as soon as possible.

ROLE:
- The main goal is to build an integrated platform supporting the advisory business globally
- The Project Manager will lead the "Document Management Stream" and have the responsibility for the delivery in time, quality and budget
- Take responsibility to deliver in scope, budget and time
- IT project lead (incl. all project leader tasks expected by JB project governance)
- Planning, controlling and coordination of various development departments and parties (internal and external vendor)
- Ensure that all activities are aligned with overall program and other dependencies are considered
- Organize hand-over to IT operations
- Coordination and communication with various stakeholders (business, architecture, security, etc)
SKILLS:
- 10 years+ experience as senior IT Project Manager
- Proven document management system experience with End to End process know.how
- Several years of experience in banking and finance
- Experience in handling complex projects including third parties
- Working experience with vendor software and integration in existing landscape
- Experience with agile and waterfall delivery models
