JOB DESCRIPTION:
The successful candidate will join the Integration and Common Services Project Management Office (PMO) supporting Identityhas supported the creation of documentation for each phase
- Demonstrable competence with Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio
- Experience to proactively manage and document risks
- Ability to effectively manage a project's triple constraints and stakeholders expectations regarding maintaining the constraints or alternatively, communicate the impact of any changes to one or more of the triple constraints
- Solves problems through consensus building and effective documentation; more importantly, anticipates problems in advance and develops plans to minimize impact to the project
- A strong leader of geographically dispersed project personnel with varied backgrounds; ie ability to effectively herd cats
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Effective time manager (personal and team's time)
- A quick learner; intuitive
