MUST HAVE SKILLS: Candidates must be very good communicators with good coordination skills. Must have 10 + years of Project Management experience and be PMI Certified. Must have flexible schedule, because they re working with other locations and will typically have meetings later in the day to accommodate this. Also must have experience with test automation systems.

Roles and responsibilities: This person will work with other regions (Singapore/Foster City) and will speak with management and executives while juggling a lot of activities. Responsible for complex projects. They will get a project transitioned over to them and they will be completing it through the fiscal year. Will also help with test automation application oriented. Risk management as well.

JOB DESCRIPTION: This PMP-certified Senior Project Manager will be responsible for high visibility test automation and custom environment development projects. This PM will coordinate multiple functional areas across multiple regions to achieve successful project outcomes. Projects are focused on a central data warehouse with Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) and Reporting functions supporting many thousands of users. This PM will be required to become familiar with and diligently practice the client s project manager processes and demonstrate stringent project financial management. The PM is required to demonstrate superior verbal and written communication skills including to senior and executive management.

The main function of the Project Manager is to plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as electronic data processing, information systems, systems analysis, and computer programming.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

- Bachelor degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required
- MBA or other related advanced degree preferred
- PMP certification required
- 10+ years experience required

- Expert ability to work independently and manage one s time
- Expert leadership skills
- Expert knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective requirements analysis, design, development, test and production deployment of software and infrastructure-based systems
- Preferred: expert knowledge of business and management principles involved in business planning, capital/expense budget management, outsourcing and business case justification

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Review project plans to plan and coordinate project activity
- Implement analysis, financial, security and user tools as a part of daily PM function
- Consult with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess computing needs and system requirements
- Meet with department heads, managers, supervisors, vendors, and others, to solicit cooperation and resolve problems
- Evaluate data processing proposals to assess project feasibility and requirements
- Work effectively across regionally and globally dispersed team members
