Project Manager - Basel Area - 100%
On behalf of our international client, one of the biggest agribusiness based in Basel we are looking for a PROJECT MANAGER with expert knowledge in PRODUCT SAFETY AND REGULATORY OPERATIONS.
This is a challenging, TEMPORARY position for ONE YEAR.
In this position as PROJECT MANAGER you will drive, facilitate and organize projects within product safety and regulatory operations that is a part of the R&D. Additionally you will organize project team meetings, identify, analyze and communicate project risks. Furthermore, you will lead independently the TRACKING AND REPORTING OF METRICS and support senior leaders in change initiatives and transformations by driving the overall coordination.
YOU BRING TO THIS ROLE:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in MANAGING PROJECTS in complex Matrix organizations
- Experience in the R&D ENVIRONMENT
- Excellent ANALYTICAL COMPETENCES and a systematic approach to PROBLEM SOLVING
- Good Knowledge in MS OFFICE (Excel, Powerpoint, project)
- Understanding of TECHNO-REGULATORY ENVIRONMENT in agribusiness, chemical or pharmaceutical
- Know-how of project management METHODOLOGIES, CONCEPTS, TECHNIQUES and TOOLS is recommended
- Fluent in ENGLISH,any additional language like German is an advantage
- Resilience to TRAVEL (20-30%)
