IT Project Manager - Pharmacovigilance IT Environment (m/w/d)

We are currently looking for an IT Project Manager with experience in the pharmacovigilance IT environment. The project will provide a tool to support safety intelligence activities with regard to upcoming legislation changes worldwide.

The deployment will be 3 - 4 days on site and 1 - 2 days remote.

Your duties include:
+ Define project scope/ objectives per business needs
+ Gather & document the requirements from business users in Drug Safety/ Pharmacovigilance
+ Initiate the implementation phase
+ Develops, tracks, ensures and executes the project plan including dependencies, prioritizations and timelines and derived detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, status reports and budgets
+ Coordinate project deliverables
+ Manage supplier deliverables
+ Manages conflict situations to result in win-win outcomes
+ Owns all project management tools, e.g., integration project plan, project status updates, risk management assessment or Senior Management communications and is responsible to keep them up to date
+ Pro-active risk management
+ Stakeholder management and communication
+ Manage project in proactive manner
+ Coordinate project team in multiple geographical location.

+ Must have Strong experience (3+ years), working within a pharmacovigilance IT environment
+ Must have experience in managing regulated (GxP) projects according to principles of Computer System Validation
+ Strong project manager experience within regulated industries
+ Prior experience working within a validated and qualified systems environment
+ Ability to establish and promote an effective governance structure
+ Must have good English communication skills (written and verbal) to coordinate project team in multiple geographical location
+ Preferred experience working with SaaS vendors
