IT PROJECT MANAGER required to work on a project for a major pharmaceutical in Switzerland
MAIN TASKS:
- Plan, direct and coordinate the operations of a business, division, department or operating unit
- Plan and maintain systems and procedures for operating efficiency
- Manages one or more high-level, complex non-technical projects within the constraints of scope, quality, time, and cost, to deliver specified requirements
- Responsibilities may include resource allocation and all phases of development life cycle (ie feasibility study, requirements, analysis, ROI, business plan, design, testing, and implementation planning)
- Ensures all project requirements and/or objectives are documented
- Manage staff for optimum performance
MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- +7 years experience of project management
- Pharmaceutical industry experience together with a good understanding of processes/organization etc.
- Team work in a challenging IT environment
- Flexibility and experience in prioritizing tasks
- Ability to deal with variable workload
- Recognised Project Management qualifications such as Prince2 or PMP and/or 2
DESIRABLE EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Experience of working with a large Pharma company.
- Experience of managing innovation projects.
- Experience of GxP practices.
- Experience of ITIL 2 or 3.
LOCATION: SWITZERLAND - BASEL
DURATION: ASAP - 31.12.2014
Assistance will be provided for obtaining Swiss Work Permit, Housing, and opening Swiss Bank account.
