IT PROJECT MANAGER PAYMENT SOLUTIONS

BRINE SA is currently seeking a IT Project Manager with knowledge of Payment Solutionsand aSolid Track Record in delivery of IT system integration projects in financial services, esp. in payment area. Know-how of global and domestic payment methods, flows, services and processing

ROLE:

The IT PM is responsible for project delivery in time, within agreed budget, in good quality and with the defined scope. S/He plans, organizes and tracks projects end-to-end.

With his/her business know-how about payment methods and processes (domestic and international) s/he strongly supports the requirement engineering activities.

The ability to manage multi-cultural project teams (partially located at offshore locations) and to integrate software components delivered by third party vendors is key.

KEY DELIVERABLES:

Broad understanding of the SBIP environment and CS delivery processes

Strong Planning and Tracking skills, good understanding of front to back testing

Can-Do mentality and solution orientation

Excellent communication skills on all levels

Manages the overall program and structure

Will have comprehensive delivery responsibility for scope of Swiss UB IT Ops Payment (SKGB)

Will be responsible for business stakeholder management on project and program level

German and English language at least on a conversational level

PMP or IPMA or similar qualification required

Experience in both waterfall and agile methodology
-

Previous CS experience would be highly beneficial

QUALIFICATIONS/COMPETENCIES:

HARD SKILLS:

Good understanding & working experience in payments environment of a globally acting bank.

Articulate business conditions and opportunities

Elicit, analyze, document and develop business requirements

Represent clients in efforts to identify solutions and prioritize/select options

Prepare documents on expected benefits, process reengineering studies, functional specs, etc.

Lead the analysis, design, development and validation of QA, application architecture, testing and other project deliverables

Broad experience in IT Project Management

Experience with JAVA Enterprise, Linux/Unix, Oracle databases, SQL, MQ, Oracle SOA Suite and Mainframe (PL1, DB2, IMS, CICS) is a plus.
