IT PROJECT MANAGER (ONLINE AND MOBILE BANKING)
On behalf of our client, a leading bank in Zürich, we are looking for a SENIOR IT PROJECT MANAGER WITH GOOD EXPERIENCE IN ONLINE AND MOBILE BANKING. For this contract position based in Zurich in Switzerland our client is looking for an English speaking candidate who can start as soon as possible. ROLE:
- Managing multiple agile squads developing components of the Online & Mobile Banking in the Agile methodology.
- Managing requests from various Business Areas and Initiatives within the Bank. Ensuring that requests are fully understood and prioritized according to the business value in collaboration with the Product Management such as these requests can be committed in product increments.
- Identification and management of dependencies between the squads but also externally towards Back End systems or capabilities used by other "Ecosystems".
- Strong, comprehensive and transparent risk management from the risk identification to risk mitigation and risk closure
- Orchestrating the delivery across agile squads, cross capabilities as well as Back End services such as delivery milestones can be met.
- Budget and capacity management for associated squads as well as financial controlling of supplier budgets.
- Stakeholder management within the IT eg infrastructure teams as well as various service providers, architects, IT risk as well as various business areas
- Supplier management regarding our off-shoring partners but also other suppliers for managed capacity and managed service engagement as well as licenses and maintenance & support contracts.
- Accountability for the project and product life cycle.
SKILLS:
- Over 5 years of experience in IT Project Management
- Ability to analyze complex problems and identify potential solutions
- Experience in Online and Mobile Banking projects
- Familiar with project management and collaboration tools like MS Project, Atlassian JIRA + Confluence
- Experienced in all project phases from setup, realization to deployment and closure.
- Experienced in agile methodologies SAFe/Scrum
- Ability to understand complex system architectures and dependencies
- Excellent English written and spoken communication skills - German would be a strong plus
NICE TO HAVE:
- Certifications like PMP, IPMA as well as SAFe Agilist are a plus
- engineering or computer science background
