IT Project Manager (m/w)

 

AUFGABENGEBIET:

- Ensure required deliverables are created
- Ensure interfaces across projects/work streams are documented and agreed
- Quality control risk and dependency logs
- Align on scope and timeline of releases with other projects
- Manage overall SHARP dependences cross projects
- Manage solutions for dependencies
- Support Project Managers with resolving issues
- Support stakeholder managemenz
- Support change management process
- Escalate issues through dependency to other parties (projects, suppliers)

ANFORDERUNGEN:

- Expertise from previous projects in a similar role
- Experience of large scale vendor selections in the dispatch space, specifically in proposal preparation and vendor / solution evaluation.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Expertise in 'typical' project management tasks, such as planning, managing the project team, identifying and managing risks, dependencies and conflicts, managing and delivering to a plan / deadline.
- Ability to provide structure and momentum to drive the cross locational project team to deliver against the programme plan
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Conflict management
- Ability to work under high pressure and with multiple stakeholders
