MY DUTIES:

- Successfully delivering business solutions through value focused methodologies and practices
- Leading and managing IT projects and initiatives in business areas of Group Legal and others
- Leading, coaching and mentoring assigned resources in different structures like classical project teams, Scrum teams, self-organized teams, squads etc.
-Collaborating and supporting internal Project Managers with all activities related to project management

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Profound experience as a successful IT Project Manager in a similar environment using structured project management processes and methodologies
- Agile practitioner with proven knowledge of Scrum / SAFe
- Strong understanding and experience in Organizational Change Management
- Proven experience in leading virtual offshore teams
- Open, agile and innovative mindset combined with curiosity, creativity and willingness to learn and contribute
