IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Set up project strategies, concepts and plans
-Contribute to the project documentation
-Monitor tasks and milestones on project deliverable roadmap
-Ensure cross-project synchronisation of milestones and dependencies
-Proactively monitor project progress, resolve issues and initiate appropriate corrective actions
-Ensure effective quality assurance and the overall integrity of project
-Monitor risks and facilitating their mitigation
-Maintain a thorough overview of project budgets, staffing requirements, resource planning and timelines
-Establish efficient communication with stakeholders
-Actively seek ways to improve project organisation and efficiency (tools and processes)

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-IT Project Management experience within a medium-sized or large organisation
-Bachelor or Masters degree preferred, in business, administration, economics, engineering or a related field
-Project management certification preferred (e.g. PMP or PRINCE2)
-English knowledge
-Ability to command respect and create a sense of community among project teams
-High attention to detail, quick to spot inconsistencies and deviations from plans
-Good understanding and working knowledge of budgets and budgeting processes
-Ability to work independently and execute agreed goals
-Interest in and experience using new technology
