Projektbeschreibung
- Migration of CRS Service Management tools including Global Service Desk (GSD) to HP Service Manager (HPSM) enterprise standard and related reporting systems in IT Datawarehouse (ITDW). Technology migration will enable existing ITIL processes including incident, change, and problem management to be leveraged within CRS applications.
- TOC Monitoring Project- Enable enterprise system monitoring for CRS systems including both systems monitoring of infrastructure as well as enablement of new dashboards and modifying existing dashboards, both sites used in the Technology Operations Center (TOC).
SKILLS
- Knowledgeable in KL, Clarity, MS Project, Powerpoint, Excel, Word. Must have expertise in MS
- Project and PowerPoint, at least two years of good experience. Financial Services/Banking PM experience preferred.
