For our banking client in Zürich we are currently looking for a:
PROJECT MANAGER GROUP OPS ADOPTIONS
START: ASAP
DURATION: 6 months
LOCATION: Zürich
Project Context:
To meet the increasing demands transitioning former Ops-based apps into IT we need to ramp-up the project resources. 16 apps formerly developed and managed within Op-SD CH have been on boarded to IT. 6 of these applications require build out for 1WMP, CDC and the Operations Transformation Programme. Portfolio of work includes standardising the IT roles and transitional work such as server migrations, EOL remediation.
Key Responsibilities: Managing all aspects of a program/project, which includes project planning, execution, timing, quality, cost and early identification of potential issues
Manage a team of experienced Project Managers, either directly or as part of a Matrix organization, ensuring efficient use of resources
Identify and manage senior stakeholders and clients, evaluate their interests and establish effective communication channels ensuring effective stakeholder management and engagement
Key Deliverables:
Portfolio of work includes standardising the IT roles and transitional work such as server migrations, EOL remediation which were all previously handled in the Ops setup justified by SEEM exceptions. Deliver program objectives
Skills:
Banking experience (Swiss banks)
IT Project Management Experience (Budgeting, Status Reporting, Stakeholder management)
Strong leadership skills and experience as project teams are just being formed
Fluent English and advanced German skills
