We are looking for 1 external resource in Luxembourg for Networks, Telephony and IT infrastructure projects as stated here below:
* IT Project Manager (f/m).*
Description
Our client in Luxembourg is looking for an external Project Manager to coordinate and structure network, telephony and IT infrastructure, topics together with our globally distributed teams in Frankfurt, Prag, Chicago and Luxembourg. Strong communication skills, self-motivated and systematic processing of work packages are naturally for you as candidate, as well as general knowledge of network, telephony and IT infrastructure components, eg Routers/Switches/Firewalls/Load Balancer/Telephony and handling of leased lines. Occasional trips to Frankfurt with our company own bus transfer are expected.
Task&Activities:
- Planning, coordination and implementation of network, telephony and IT infrastructure tasks as part of overall IT projects for internal and external customers of our client
- Analyzing of customer specific requirements in enterprise environments, developing appropriate and efficient technical and processual solutions together with our specialized teams
- Drafting of documents and support of the review process, conduct and follow up regular status reports and task lists
- Coordinate and link teams in workshops
Qualification & Knowledge:
- Excellent project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks and work threads
- Strong communication skills in comprehensive, multinational projects, ability to work as part of distributed teams
- Excellent analytical capabilities and determination to tasks, diligently work approach
- Excellent organizing and coordination abilities and handling of demanding situations
- Overview of state of the art network and telephony technologies as well as IT infrastructure on a project manager level
- Fluent German and English in word and writing, French is a plus
- Advanced usage of MS Office and additionally MS-Projects and MS-Visio
Assignment details:
- Full time start date: ASAP until 31/12/2013 (potential further extension)
- Location is Luxembourg with occasional trips to Frankfurt
