IT Project Manager (Emarketing) - 100%, Solothurn area

Our client, one of the biggest medical devices companies based Solothurn area, is looking for a SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER with expertise in digital DIGITAL MARKETING in addition to strong Flawless Project Execution (FPX) experiences.

This is a contractingrole based in Solothurn area planned to start ASAP until end of the year with extension opportunities.

TASKS:

The role is focused at managing a project that will increase the product information for medical devices in the eCommerce portal as well as defining processes that includes the governance and maintenance of product information over time: (ie current content & new content).

On time in full delivery of assigned projects with responsibility for project scope, timeline, risks and resources
-

Establishing project priorities in line with agreed business imperatives and ensuring appropriate resource allocation in accordance with these priorities.
-

Interacting as a project manager, you will take full ownership of the projects assigned, ensuring clear definition of project scope and deliverables, milestones and timeline, project risks and contingency plans etc.

IDEAL PROFILE:

-

Previous experience in projects related to E-commerce digital platforms with strong understanding of marketing

5+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE with EMARKETING
-

Project Management certifications (eg PMP, PRINCE II, ITIL)
-

7+ YEARS of PROJECT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE (incl. complex project execution)
-

EXPERIENCE with FPX (Flawless Project Execution)
-

Depth understanding of project management processes and practices and know how to effectively apply them.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively define, plan and manage projects
-

Broad business acumen and understanding of elementary project related finance
-

Ability to take ideas from concept to realization, balancing big picture orientation and attention to detail
-

Ability to recommend and implement actions and workarounds required to mitigate risks to minimize their impact
-

Execute communications and assist in the development of change management process for key departmental projects
-

Proactively identify internal process and cost improvement and opportunities
-

Develop and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships and build mutual trust
-

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-

HIGHER EDUCATION DEGREE and 7+ years of experience managing cross-functional project teams in a related industry.

NICE TO HAVES:

Master and/or Bachelor Degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science OR equivalent
