IT Project Manager/Business Analyst - Forecasting & Planning wanted within an international bank in Zurich.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- At least 4 years' experience as a Project Manager
- Working experience in leading sizeable projects and establishing track records addressing complex topics and executing initiatives in the context of large organization
- Extensive expertise in Financial Planning and Forecasting processes and Oracle Hyperion Planning technology, as well as solid conceptual skills with proven track record in coming up with strategic solutions to address complex business requirements
- Good IT-understanding (ability to challenge IT constraints and maintaining systems on project management level)
- Independent, proactive personality with excellent presentation and communication skills and string sense of ownership, along with very good analytical and problem solving skills
YOUR TASKS:
- Managing the rollout of a Bank-wide planning and forecasting solution to individual business divisions and legal entities within the Bank
- Preparing and running Operational Committees composed of senior operational stakeholders and subject matter experts from regional user groups
- Organizing and driving workshops with operational leads from regional planning and forecasting teams to run through Template solution and identify gaps, along with documenting these gaps between Template and client expectations in the form of business requirements
- Representing business requirements and solution proposals to senior subject matter experts in central governance bodies for prioritization and ratification
- Coming up with functional design proposals and driving solution processes with central team composed of functional experts and IT business analysts
