Experis IT Switzerland is currently looking to recruit for the position of IT PROJECT MANAGER for a project based in Zurich.

This will be a 7 months contract role in Zürich with the possibility of extension.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Support of the overall project manager in the implementation of the new solution as the responsible sub-project manager of the Stream/Subproject Business
- Responsible for task distribution as well as compliance with deadlines within the individual streams/subprojects (requirements engineering, UAT, training, documentation and rollout)
- Monitoring project progress within the streams, reporting and creating and updating the project plan
- Planning, implementation and monitoring of the rollout
- Responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the business during the transition from the project to the day-to-day business
- Preparation and execution of project meetings

YOUR PROFILE:

- +7 years working experience in project management
- Experience as subproject manager/stream leader with international experience
- Hands-on type, cooperative, dynamic and compelling
- Experience working with MS Office especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Decision making
- German and English - Fluent written and spoken, French is a nice-to-have

START DATE: ASAP

DURATION: 7 months with possibility of extension
