IT Project Manager

POSITION:

- Gather material, prep, run Steering Committee meeting biweekly, publish meeting notes and actions.
- Gather RFCs, prep, run CAB meeting biweekly, publish meeting notes and actions.
- On a weekly basis gather updates on the RFC status.
- Publish meeting notes and actions from biweekly sync up meeting.
- Publish meeting notes and actions from weekly internal core team meeting.
- Assist manager for following up with TSA owners on open TSA related actions/query.
- Assist Tim Pollard and me on much of the detailed follow-up across the TSAs, stranded costs, assigned licensing
- PM role for other right-sizing/cleanup projects that might spin up as a part of the program
- Will be working closing with Application support and compute team to track and management TSA exit activities.

SKILLS:

EDUCATION:

- Degree qualified in Project Management or related field

- PM qualification
