IT Project Manager

Experienced Project Manager required to deliver a number of projects within the Business Systems Projects Portfolio. You will be responsible for the planning and management of projects and ensuring strong engagement with the different business areas

YOUR BACKGROUND:

- Experience in delivering solutions on in an enterprise environment with adherence to PRINCE2 framework
- Minimum 10 years experience managing medium to large projects for application bespoke software development and implementation, enterprise level Business Intelligence and Open Data publication
- Expertise in running and evaluating substantial tenders/select quotations for services and managing suppliers for service delivery
- Proven experience in negotiating and drafting contract/orders for development services and for support and maintenance services
- Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
- High level written and verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of business change management
