IT Project Manager

12-month contract for a seasoned Project Manager with a Fortune 500 company in the Cleveland area. The successful candidate will have experience managing upgrades of SCCM. The project involves upgrading from SCCM 2007 to SCCM 2012, so experience with these versions would be preferable, but candidates who have managed any versions may be viable. SCCM 2007 will be replaced with BMC BladeLogic for non-Windows Servers. A strong understanding of Systems Management and vendor management is required. This project will also require management of both application development and infrastructure resources. The project has high visibility and will require a PM with considerable skill in managing expectations and influencing senior leaders.

Overtime : straight time
- Have a minimum of ten years project management experience, with a proven track record of delivering complex IT projects in large corporate environments.
- Experience managing upgrades of SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager).
- Experience with implementing BMC BladeLogic.
- Possess exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and is comfortable interacting with all levels of management.
