Position Description:
Activities include coordinating the delivery of multiple projects, communicating to an executive committee, creating and reporting project status utilizing a dashboard, allocating resources across the multiple projects, and managing the financial concerns of the projects. Managing a project schedule using MS Project. Must be able to utilize and effectively communicate technical components of an initiative to applicable parties. 

Minimum number of years of experience required - 7 years of progressively responsible project management experience. 

Bachelor's degree required

Must be self motivated, well organized and have strong innovation and facilitation skills. Proven oral and written communication skills to a variety of audiences. Excellent analytical skills. Ability to interface effectively with all levels and across organizational lines, including the business units. Ability to effectively utilize external vendors and resources throughout the organization. Demonstrated success at building team relationships and partnerships across organizational lines.

1. Run, attend and facilitate a wide variety of meetings with technical and non-technical teams 
2. Manage project budget and schedule 
3. Provide updates to PMO and program leadership 
4 Prepare and management budgets and forecasts 
5. Distill requirements into action plans
