IT Project Leader/Coordinator ()

Je functie: Role description
Our company is looking for a IT project leader/coordinator for its 'IT document management - document storage' team.

This involves the following activities:
° Agree planning with clients and other IT project leaders
° Prioritize, analyze needs and plan deliveries with the development team
° Task distribution, follow-up and communication to stakeholders
You are responsible for the lead of a small team (5-10 persons)

Profile
° You have a proven experience in project management and team coordination,
° You have a good understanding of technical architecture and have experience developing in open systems environments
° Hands on experience in Case/Document management/BPM is an important plus,
° Experience in insurance sector is an asset,
° Good experience MS Office (Word, Excel en Access)

Soft skills
° Team player, result oriented and able to work in an autonomous and structured manner,
° Stress resistant, open for and able to accompany change in the team,
° You can critically assess processes, procedures and tools to optimize service,
