IT Project Lead for Implementation of Electronic/Digital Signatures in R&D (m/f)

IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Development, tracking, ensuring and executing detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, status reports and budgets
-Establishment of governance bodies (e.g. steering committee, operational committee, core project team)
-Partner with stakeholders in R&D and internal functional groups (business technology, quality assurance, procurement, legal, data privacy, etc.) to coordinate project deliverables and to meet project objectives
-Oversee creation of user requirements and use cases
-Partner with vendor to manage vendor deliverables (including SOW negotiations)

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Excellent experience in IT project management for pharma industry
-Experience in establishing digital signatures
-Experience in managing project teams
-Good understanding of Computer System Validation (GxP) and awareness of relevant regulations and laws
-Excellent verbal and written communications skills
-Experience in change management
-Leadership personality
