IT Project Lead

Whitehall Resource are looking for an IT Project Lead to based in Den Haag, Holland on a contract basis.

The Project Implementation Support in principle, under the direction of the project GDI, responsible for planning and executing the implementation support of one or more provisions of the Generic Digital Infrastructure (GDI). The Project Implementation Support (PI) makes in consultation with stakeholders from the environment an implementation plan and executes (independently, in collaboration with other employees and implementation support with stakeholders) this plan. PI also provides maintenance and revision of the plan if and when appropriate, it sends/she exhaustion of the budget and achieving the agreed results/targets. The PI reports to the project manager of the cluster GDI, which is part of the program DA2020.

GDI The project is part of the management team within the Digital Agenda and report to the program manager. The program manager reports to the department.

Responsibilities
- Supports municipalities in the developments around Idensys, part of project GDI. Drafting implementation
- Performs, where appropriate, an impact analysis of the relevant provision to make a judgment about feasibility of implementing the provision, usefulness for municipalities and support needs of municipalities;

(as an impact analysis is not required)
- Inventories with stakeholders from the environment (eg municipalities, Logius, department concerned, domes) situation, needs, desired outcomes, etc
- Uses the consultation with stakeholders and the findings to develop an implementation plan supported by SMART targets and results.
- Perform with other IP specialists and stakeholders in the implementation plan
- Coordinate operational activities with stakeholders and interested parties; Identify relationships with other projects, the importance interprets and informs project managers of these interfaces
- Steers to achieving SMART outcomes and targets, timely identifies issues and bottleneck the project leader
- Reports monthly on progress, planning vs. realization and depletion of resources, keep interim and project stakeholders informed of relevant developments
- Iinitiate communication facilities and providing substantive input for Communication of the program.
