IT PROJECT COORDINATOR (OCM), BASEL - PHARMA
Are you a qualified Project Coordinator with experience in Organizational Change Management and looking for a new challenge?
And do you have strong planning & scheduling skills such as experience with managing multiple workstreams?

Experis IT is looking for a Project Coordinator for one of the biggest pharmaceutical players based in Basel.
This is long term contracting position planned to start at the end of August until the end of June 2017 with the opportunity of an additional extension.
PROJECT BACKGROUND:
It is a regional implementation of a global IT User Services project which contains multiple work-streams and impacts multiple support sites.
PERFORMING IN THIS ROLE YOU AS A PROJECT COORDINATOR WILL HAVE FOLLOWING RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the Project Manager in developing and maintaining project schedules, reports and other project governance documentation as required
- Ensure that project risks and issues are proactively highlighted to the Project Manager
- Plan and monitor project activities such as proactively engage and follow-up with responsible stakeholders at all levels
- Ensure that Internal and External Project Stakeholders are managed in order to ensure timely and high quality project delivery etc.
YOU BRING FOR THIS ROLE THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:
- PROJECT MANAGEMENT certification, ITIL CERTIFICATION
- Strong experience in full life cycle of 2 or more ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE MANAGEMENT PROJECTS in a complex Matrix environment
- Excellent communication skills such as Stakeholders management skills
- Influencing and negotiation skills and flexibility required
- Proven experience in working with and COORDINATING REGIONALIZED PROJECT TEAMS and VIRTUAL TEAMS
- Fluency in English (other languages will be an advantage)
- Experience within a PHARMACEUTICAL ENVIRONMENT IS A NICE TO HAVE
- Flexible to travel within Europe
