IT Project Coordinator - 12 Months Contract- the Netherlands

Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for an IT Project Co-ordinator for a leading end user based in the Netherlands.

The IT Project Co-ordinators roles is to facilitate and coordinate internal IT Sales & Marketing meetings, demo sessions, functional deep dives within the S&M team as well as across other project work-streams.

Our end-user client, a leading multi-national with a number of major SAP Order to Cash, Warehouse and Logistics and Salesforce Programs underway is seeking someone to perform the following role:

TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES

-To prepare the meetings with the agenda, objectives, content (together with the product owner and functional team lead), and logistics. And to share report outs with decisions made and agreed actions and follow-up with action owners.
-Identify local business rules and processes
-Monitor and coordinate timely feedback from countries and align Central/Local input
-Participate in regular team meetings
-Align planning with local change network
-Plan discussions/working sessions in order to close open points on High Level
-Designs and define detailed acceptance criteria of user stories
-Co-prepare discussions and working sessions in alignment with Epic Owners
-Facilitate BIS discussions and working sessions to ensure session objectives are achieved
-Manages logistical practicalities of BIS discussions and working sessions
-Aligns with other workstreams for common epic discussions and working sessions

Details of the IT Project Co-ordinator contract:

START DATE: Immediate - can wait until 1st September at the latest

DURATION: Until 1st June 2018

RATE: Up to 68EUR per hour/10k per month
