- Document as is state for processes in word and process flows as appropriate.
- Identify contacts to work with, conduct meetings with contacts, publish meeting minutes capturing discussion topics and action items for process redesigns.
- Coordinate with business process and IT system owners globally to gather information as required for process redesigns.
- Create projects, timelines, and goals for process redesigns.
- Ensure commitment from internal groups for project deliverables to support projects timelines and goals.
- Review facts and assist with determining next steps in process redesigns.
- Recognize and highlight potential problem areas against the project plan and identify alternative strategies.
- Assist with communications and training for process redesigns.
- Manage weekly status updates for management team.


- Project management experience.
- English language, strong verbal & written communications.
- Project execution including cross-cultural teaming.
- Ability to work across large, global organization.
- Works independently, self-starter, takes own initiative.
- Analytical, problem solving skills.
- Proficient in flexible environment.
- Highly structured, process oriented, organized.
- Ability to recognize potential risks and take action or escalate appropriately.
