IT Project Coordinator

IT PROJECT COORDINATOR PORTLAND, OR 12 MONTH CONTRACT

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

- Schedule project meetings
- Take minutes at project meetings
- Track issues and risks
- Track project financials
- Manage SharePoint project documentation
- Collaborate among project teams

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- Detail oriented and well organized under multiple priorities
- Schedule complex meetings using Lotus Notes and WebEx
- Create documentation in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
- Manage project library documentation, SharePoint
- Manage project financials
- Take technical, accurate minutes under multiple deadlines
- Maturity of judgment under pressure/ability to resolve problems without delay and/or to seek managerial intervention
- Flexibility and the ability to operate under stressful, time-sensitive deadlines
- Team player with excellent communication skills

QUALIFICATIONS:

- 2-4 years of experience as a senior administrative assistant/project coordinator
- Expert knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
- Proficiency using a PC and associated software
- Experience working with large teams on projects with tight deadlines
- Must be willing to travel among multiple Portland buildings for meetings
- Business casual dress code
- Bachelor's degree preferred; High School Diploma or GED required
