IT Project Assistant (PMO)

Projektbeschreibung
Adecco IT is currently looking for an experienced PROJECT ASSISTANT on behalf of its client, a major global company in the Healthcare sector located in Basel (Switzerland).
MAJOR DUTIES:
- Work closely with vendor Project Manager and Regions for aligning deliveries with implementations.
- Work jointly with regions/site coordinators to estimate realistic deployment dates.
- Support the project leader in carrying out projects and sub-projects
- Performing the project related quality and resource management
- effecting the project controlling and the information of all involved parties
- Controlling costs, due dates and risks
- In case of deviation informing the project leader (and submit proposals to correct deviations)
- Updating and controlling the continuous planning for the project leader
- Coordinating dependencies and interfaces and controlling the progress of sub-projects
- Coordinating and controlling the change and configuration management for the project
- Performing communication, information and documentation tasks
KEY SKILLS:
- Background and experience in supporting global, complex IT projects as PMO Required
- Experience working with Global Virtual teams.
- Team Player and flexible to cover different time zones globally
- experience in spreadsheet analytics (Excel/Google Spreadsheet)
MISCELLANEOUS:
- Degree in Computer, Technical or Pharmaceutical Science with experience in Business
- Excellent verbal and communication skills in ENGLISH is mandatory
- availability/onsite hours might vary depending on the workload within the Project (20-40 hours/week)
