IT Project Assistant - Global Data Center Project - ca. CHF 55.-/hour

For one of our international clients in Basel, Swisslinx is urgently seeking an IT Project Assistant to join a global IT Infrastructure project on a 1-year contract, starting August 2nd.

In this role, you will be working under direction of a Senior Project Manager on a global IT infrastructure project which requires interfacing with Data Center teams and IT Business Partners (mainly technical people). You will also be responsible for scheduling and hosting meetings, tracking and following up on action items, preparing or updating presentations tracking statistics and metrics ties to project activitites and updating project deliverables, such as a charter.

In order to be considered for this contract, we are seeking a self-driven & detail-oriented candidate who covers the following requirements:

-       3-5 years experience within IT Projects - as PM, PMO, Project Support, etc.
-       Experience in infrastructure implementation projects is a strong plus
-       Strong follow-up and coordination skills
-       Experience with IT Change control processes is a strong plus
-       Familiar with PM methodologies and project deliverables
-       English only
