IT Project Assistant/Admin Assistant/pharma/GxP/PMO
On behalf of our client, a major player in the pharmaceutical industry based in Basel, we are looking for an IT Project Assistant with experience in pharmaceutical sector. This contract is supposed to start at the beginning of June and will last until December, there is an option to extend as well.
In this role you will be responsible for providing administrative support to an IT team, will take care of organisation of meetings, preparing of presentations, invoice checking and other administrative tasks. You will participate in an exciting project and will have great opportunity to gain experience at global, international company.
You bring to this role:
- Experience in an administrative role in PHARMACEUTICAL ENVIRONMENT is mandatory
- Good IT knowledge
- Experience at global, international companies
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
