IT Project and Relationship Manager - Business Support Systems

Proven success in managing IT and IT Infrastructure projects (minimum 10 years demonstrable PM experience)

- Proven success in project managing Business Support Systems (BSS) initiatives including MS Dynamics Customer Relationship Management and Customer Self-Service Portal implementations
- Proven experience in Project Management methodology and solution delivery processes and procedures
- Strong business acumen and industry knowledge to advise business and IT management on customer and vendor management initiatives
- Ability to effectively bridge technology with business objectives to deliver value added solutions to business users
- Experienced in Business Analyst (BA) functions and process improvement
- Ability to communicate effectively across the business from C-level on down
- Practical working knowledge of Telecom oriented application implementations including MS Dynamic CRM, CA Concorde eHealth, Telecordia Granite Inventory, HP Openview Service Desk desirable
- Intimate understanding of Telecom focused Quote and Order Management processes and systems an asset
- Administrator expertise in corporate Sharepoint environment desirable
