Experis IT Switzerland, a leading Swiss IT company is currently on the search for a Senior IT Project Manager and Change Manager to join one of their clients, a global and well renowned pharmaceutical company based in Basel.

For this temporary assignment planned to start in October until the end of the year with the opportunity of an extension, we are in search of an ENGLISH and GERMAN SPEAKING CANDIDATE.

PROJECT BACKGROUND:

This very large and complex project with 2 phases. The client is looking for a Senior Project and Change Manager who will be responsible for the successful implementation of IT requirements and the smooth transition of the community in to the new IT buildings with a high customer satisfaction. Hence the candidate will need to be able to lead complex project activities concurrently.

PERFORMING IN THIS ROLE YOU AS AN IT PROJECT & CHANGE MANAGER WILL HAVE FOLLOWING TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Engage and manage key stakeholders up to senior level
- Project Management for all IT related topics following the Project Management Methodology (PMM)
- Organizational Change Management following the Change Management principles
- Design and implement the occupancy plan for the new buildings organization
- Effectively leading and facilitating project meetings as well as proactively, controlling project scope, risks and issues
- Provide timely executive level communications and status roll-ups to all stakeholders incl. Senior Management

YOUR PROFILE:

- 7+ YEARS of EXPERIENCE as a successful IT PROJECT MANAGER and CHANGE MANAGER
- PROVEN EXPERIENCE in applying STRUCTURED PROJECT MANAGEMENT and ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE MANAGEMENT frameworks (certifications are highly desired)
- Demonstrate competency in LEADING PEOPLE THROUGH CHANGES
- Ability to see interrelationship of a project across "the big picture" and understand its dependency on other projects, project streams and IT services and solutions
- EXCELLENT ORAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS in both ENGLISH and GERMAN
- Self-driven and high motivation with excellent ability to establish networks across the organization
- Ability to WORK AUTONOMOUSLY
- The ADKAR CHANGE MODEL CERTIFICATION or any other certification in Organizational Change Management (OCM) frameworks will be a plus
- Degree in Communications is a nice to have
