For a 6 months project at our banking client site in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced
IT PROGRAM MANAGER - MARKET RISK, VOLCKER (3723)
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Creation, Business Case development in collaboration with Account Managers
- SOLID BANKING BACKGROUND, IF POSSIBLE WITHIN LARGE SWISS BANKS - CREDIT SUISSE OR UBS (DUE TO RISK AND REGULATORY TOPICS)
- Responsible for E2E Delivery (full scope, in time, within budget)
- Manage and oversee change management process
- SDLC principles/standards, solid grasp of those concepts
- EXPOSURE TO MARKET RISK, VOLCKER IS A PLUS
- Result & content orientation, pragmatism and good social skills are crucial
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Managing all aspects of a regulatory program, which includes project planning, execution, timing, quality, cost and early identification of potential issues
- Providing the stakeholders with transparent, accurate and regular information regarding the program status
- Managing a team of experienced Project Managers, either directly or as part of a Matrix organization, ensuring efficient use of resources
- Identifying and managing senior stakeholders and clients, evaluate their interests and establish effective communication
- Ensuring compliance with SDLC principles and standards
- Embed Risk Awareness by designing and operating an effective control environment, proactively identifying and raising control deficiencies and driving diligent and sustainable risk remediation.
- Minimum 8 years experience
