IT Program Manager Job

IT PROGRAM MANAGER needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Voorhees NJ.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Manage the program schedule, budget (including workstream and operating budgets)
- Program resources and allocations/expectations, and scope
- Manage contract documents with vendors (MSA, SOW, PCR), including the satisfaction of contract terms, remediation of incomplete/unsatisfactory deliverables, and financial/billing disputes.
- Communicate with all levels of the organization for status reporting (with exceptional visual presentation abilities), expectation setting and assignment communication, and issue/risk/conflict resolution.
- Team leadership of project managers and various other ITS and business roles, teamwork capabilities when decisions or activities are more collaborative than authoritative in nature, as well as relationship management with internal and external stakeholders.
- MS Project schedule management, including scheduling and milestones, resource allocation management, WBS identification, risk mitigation, and schedule/resource reporting

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Bachelor's Degree is required
- Required Education/Certification
- Eight (8) plus years in the IT industry directly managing projects and/or programs
- Ability to manage the program and workstream budgets up to $15M, including a) analysis of actual costs, b) forecasting future month and year costs, c) initially and continuously develop effort and hardware/software estimates with the assistance of program resources, d) collaborate with ITS Capital Management to ensure the forecasted annual and program spend is within acceptable tolerance, and e) report financial/forecast changes, additions and deletions to ITS Capital Management, monthly or on demand as requested.
- Ability to manage scope of the program and its workstreams, including identification and remediation of gaps and scope creep, as well as facilitate the defined process for change requests for the project and associated contracts.
- Understand and adhere to the ITS program governance process and ensure the project managers within the program adhere to the project governance process.
- PMP certification is required

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- PgMP certification is preferred
- MS Project Server experience is preferred
