For a project at our client's site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced
IT PROGRAM MANAGER - DOCUMENT/KNOWLEDGE MGMT TECHNOLOGY (5787)
In this role, you will drive and manage implementation of new document and knowledge management technology based on the industry-leading solution iManage and artificial intelligence platform RAVN. In the current environment, our client is working on projects in areas such as Big Data and Analytics, Automation and is also looking at the use of Artificial Intelligence.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- 10+ YEARS' EXPERIENCE AS IT PROGRAM/PROJECT MANAGER, IDEALLY IN THE AREA OF DOCUMENT- AND KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS - IMANAGE WOULD BE A PLUS
- IN-DEPTH EXPERIENCE IN DESIGN AND CONCEPTION OF COMPLEX SYSTEMS WITH PASSION FOR TECHNOLOGY AND DELIVERY
- Strong skills and good experience with stakeholder management
- Strong problem-solving skills (being able to adapt and find innovative solutions to challenges)
- Proactive and independent work style, strong problem-solving, organizational and time-management skills
- FLUENT IN ENGLISH, GERMAN BEING AN ADVANTAGE
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work closely with business stakeholders to define and implement technology roadmaps in line with the strategic business objectives
- Own full life cycle program/project delivery and drive this to completion within required budget, quality and timeline
- Coordinate with project managers in our team and across the firm to build new platforms to drive our business forward
- Adhere to the highest standards of program and project management
- Manage successfully a diverse group of stakeholders
