IT Program Manager/Cloud solutions/eShop/Customer Portal/SAP
Edelway SA is a Swiss IT Services company with over 160 consultants active in Switzerland. We are actively looking for an experienced IT Program Manager with proven experience delivering eShop/Customer Portal cloud solutions to join our international team in the French speaking part of Switzerland.The Transformation program's purpose is to standardise processes and practices in the whole Business Unit and deploy IT solutions supporting these processes.
Location: Geneva/Lausanne area.
Start Date: April 2015
Duration: Long term - 5 years program
THE PROGRAM
- Improve the quality of services delivered to the clients by implementing standardized processes across the whole organization.
- Enhance the quality of the whole service value chain through L1/L2 and ticketing tools, both for parts and services activities
- Improve the customer experience by providing a web interface both for parts and services offerings as well as a better pro-active communication
- Improve the quality and efficiency of the supply chain
- Enhance the efficiency of the service technicians and deploy mobile devices to support their activities
- Facilitate consolidation, reporting and performance measurement for services
- Provide a modern system, future oriented, integrated with mobile devices by providing solutions tightly integrated with SAP ECC, BI and other Client IT existing standard solutions.
YOUR PROFILE
- Solid Program Management experience; certification PMP, Prince2 preferred.
- Solid experience implementing/project managing Cloud solution eshop, customer portal, E-commerce solutions such as Hybris, Salesforce
- Good experience/knowledge with SAP
- 10 years+ proven experience managing large successful IT programs
- Fluent English. French or German will be a plus.
