aims to support all function and business activities in leveraging the business growth and the brand value of our company, both internally and externally:

° Develop the E-Communication Channel portfolio of services while ensuring its cost-efficiency, with appropriate governance and pooling of both
processes and technology to create synergies.

Businesses and fully encompass the Digital change.
° Promote a Digital Culture and the necessary mindset to support the main upcoming changes in the financial industry
In this context, the team has received the mission to launch and manage the
program Digital Working in all its dimensions. The program is divided in 2 projects:
Mobility DNA
° Mobile Devices: Propose a multi-devices offer to employees
including competitive Telecom packages and services aligned with local and Group policies
° Network Access: Improve WIFI and broadband network in facilities accessible to bank-authorized devices.
Collaborative Tools
° Propose real-time conversation remotely.
° Promote convergence of landlines and mobile telephony
° Share and interact - to improve collective efficiency (Shared Workplaces , Corporate Social Network)

Function Description
The IT Program Manager will be responsible for the following tasks:
° Managing and leading a team of Project Managers responsible for:
°Developing and maintaining a detailed project plan.
°Controlling quality and on-time delivery of project deliverables in line with the project plan.
°Recording and managing project issues and escalating when necessary.
°Ensuring all technical conditions are in place before the roll-out of solutions
°Resolving cross-functional issues at project level.
°Monitoring project progress and performance.
°Providing status reports to the IT Program Manager
°Ensuring Final approval of the technical specifications.
°Defining and managing User Acceptance Testing actions.
° Acting as a SPOC between all IT Project Managers and Business Project team
° Defining IT Program planning with respect of business constraints, including key interdependencies between IT Projects
° Define a risk mitigation plan ensuring fast escalation and resolution of identified issues in every IT project.
° Reporting status on all IT projects to Business Project team.

Business Experience
Mandatory
° Strong knowledge & mastery of a Project Management methodology
° Experience in defining governance, target operating model processes
° Strong knowledge of presentation methodology and rules (Minto's principle, etc)
° Experience in digital (transformation/deployment) projects.

Preferable
° Experience in Project Management in following areas: mobile telephony, collaborative tools or related fields.

°Good analytical skills:
o Able to quickly understand a context, an approach and key strategic Business objectives
o Able to quickly translate Business needs/requirements into IT specifications & deliverables
°Strong written communication skills:
o Able to translate this in clear and structured project documents and actions plan/tasks
