IT PROGRAM MANAGER (PRIVATE BANK COLLATERAL IT)
On behalf of our client, a leading global bank, we are looking for an English speaking IT PROGRAM MANAGER FOR PRIVATE BANK COLLATERAL IT. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead a work stream of a complex program. For this contract position based in Zurich, Switzerland, our client is looking for a candidate who can start as soon as possible.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Implement new Collateral regulations within an existing and new application suite in the Private Bank
- Integration of business process and integrated systems changes
- Executing business analysis, business partnerships, business case development and project management
- Ensure delivery on time and in budget as well as in terms of cost, schedule, resourcing, quality, client relationship
- Ensure architecture compliance
- Establish and manage project governance structure and delivery processes and driving enhancements at the project and program level
- Establish and maintain a professional and sustainable stakeholder relationship with IT stakeholders, business partner and sponsors
You must possess:
- Solid Program Management experience working on global projects
- 6 years' of banking experience, of which at least 3 years have been spent within a complex Matrix-structured environment as a Senior Project Manager/Program
- Fluent knowledge in collateral management
- Solid experience in leading complex and time-critical regulatory projects and leading developer team on-shore and off-shore
- Extensive experience in working in Matrix organisation
- Flexibility to work on both agile and waterfall projects
- Excellent English and German language skills
