IT PROGRAM MANAGER

Experis IT is looking for an IT Program Manager to support one of their global Pharmaseutical clients in Zurich. Please read the description below and think you are the right candidate for the job then please click apply!

DESCRIPTION:

Program management responsibilities include management of a portfolio of projects to enable integration of Business Services. Program manager should have a background in business skills (especially business services integration), management, budgeting and analysis.
Program manager is skilled at getting the best out of the people and projects that s/he oversees. Program manager will work with the Business Services organization to develop the necessary technologies to enable shared service delivery.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
* Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
* Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
* Ensure resource availability and allocation
* Develop a detailed program plan to track progress
* Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
* Measure program performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
* Report and escalate to management as needed
* Manage the relationship with all core/key stakeholders
* Perform risk management to minimize project risks
* Track comprehensive project documentation delivery

REQUIREMENTS:

* Great educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers
* Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector
* Experience of program management for business services enabling technologies
* Solid broad technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies. Specific technology exposure should include: Sharepoint O365, Power BI, ServiceNow, SAP.
* Experience of business areas of Finance, Procurement and HR
* Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
* PMP/PRINCE II certification is a plus
